24 HOUR REMOTE MONITORING
BASS can provide 24 hour remote monitoring of your control system. Should your system have a problem, the alarm that is generated is reported to our service technicians via email, tweet or text
24 hours a day.
All service technicians have laptop computers which allow them to log into your system to determine if the problem can be resolved quickly online or if a visit to the facility is required.
TECHNICAL PHONE SUPPORT
SOS- SYSTEMS OPERATION SUPPORT
In order to provide for our customer needs for technical phone support, we retain a knowledgeable system technician in our office during normal business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday - Friday) and available to customers who
call in for technical support. Calls for technical support after hours are handled on an emergency basis by on-call service technicians.
REPAIR SERVICE
We provide service and repair for all major brands and types of control systems. We have a highly motivated and skilled technical staff with which to perform timely service for our customers which is truly one of the strengths of our organization.
We carry a full inventory of replacement and repair parts and it is a rare occasion when the required service part is not in stock in one of our trucks, our Sterling Heights parts center or available at a local supplier.

Using its years of experience and knowledge gained in achieving the correct operation of building control and mechanical systems in a wide variety of applications, BASS will research, identify and analyze your specific problems and application requirements and recommend the most appropriate and cost effective solutions to resolve them.
